Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this policy outlines your rights and the process for returns and refunds.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) takes physical possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for Return

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or we made an error.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

3. How to Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by contacting us through our website. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

After we receive your cancellation request, we will send you instructions for returning the product.

4. Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for supplementary costs if you chose a more expensive shipping method).
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original order (cash on delivery refunds will be processed via bank transfer).
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof of return.

5. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no extra charge.

6. Non-returnable Items

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Items purchased during clearance or final sale are non-returnable.
